Hye I try to reproduce a "mapping to reference" with a ion torrent run, that worked with another program, in order to use only Ugene now. But I cannot get any results, the message is "The short reads can't be mapped to the reference sequence!"

I use .fasq as short reads input
a .fasta as reference
