Hye I try to reproduce a "mapping to reference" with a ion torrent run, that worked with another program, in order to use only Ugene now. But I cannot get any results, the message is "The short reads can't be mapped to the reference sequence!"

I use .fasq as short reads input
a .fasta as reference

I tried to post a dropbox link for the fasq (> 250kb) but it does not work because I did not post 5 messages...may I send it via another way ?

and attached the fasta reference
it is a very short marker :chloroplast psba-trnH
... my attachment is too large 846 ko...
