I am using the "Classify Sequences with DIAMOND" element in a workflow for De Novo Assembly of Nanopore reads.

When I run the workflow, it returns the error "Invalid genetic code: 1" under the "Classify Sequences with DIAMOND" element.

What does this mean?

Is there another DIAMOND database I should use? Or could it be another issue upstream in the workflow/pipeline?

I am using the default database (UniRef50) and have also tried using my own DIAMOND database, but the same error occurs.

Thank you for your advice.

Hello,

First of all, make sure, that the "DIAMOND" element input port is set to the correct output of SPAdes (see the attached picture).

Also, make sure, that you use the last UGENE v. 37 (there were some problems with diamond which were fixed).

If both points are OK, please, share your data with me if it's possible and I will try to reproduce the problem.
