Hello. I am new at EUGENE. I want to know how to assembly paired end reads in fastq format using UGENE. Thank you very much.

Hello

Open UGENE and click "Tools -> NGS Data Analysis -> Map reads to reference...". The corresponding dialog will be opened. You can see here several tools for the reads mapping (Mapping tool), most of them are supposed to map pair-end reads (the "Library" combo box). You may click on the "Help" button to see configuration details (pay attention, that there are separate "Help" pages for different tools).

Thanks for your answer, but I want to perform a DE NOVO assembly, without reference. How can I do it?
