Hi, how can I insert a primer forward and reverse especific feature (I mean the arrow direction). Because I was able to add only forward primer arrow to my sequence.

Hello, do you mean a manual creation of a primer annotation in UGENE?

If yes, then there is a button with a curved arrow near the "Location" field in the dialog of the annotation creation. For more details see:

If no, then please describe in more details how you insert the primer.

Exactly, but I have trouble adding different symbols (arrows) to differentiate forward and reverse primers. I have found only forward arrow symbol to add. So the forward and reverse primers look like forward only.
