Unfortunately, there is not enough data for me to find out, why the execution failed on your computer. To help me to provide some details, please, do the following:
1. Click "settings -> Preferences..." (on macOS "Unipro UGENE -> Preferences..."). 2. Go to the "Logging" tab. 3. Enable all log info (TRACE, DETAILS, INFO and ERRORS). 4. Check "Save output to file" and choose file you want to save log information to. 5. Click OK. 6. Run "Sanger analysis" again.
After you received the same result, send us the "log" file.
Also, it would be helpful if you sent me the input files you use.
