Minimap2 integration for Nanopore and Pacbio read alignment (Read 3349 times)

Hello!

Is it possible to add Minimap2 read aligner to list of tools avaliable for read mapping in Tools -> NGS data analysis -> Read alignment on reference sequence...

Hello,

Unfortunately, Minimap2 isn't supported in UGENE and there are no plans for its implementation. But, you may implement it by yourself as an element of Workflow Designer (you may find the detailed instructions about it in this video https://youtu.be/tjV-Hv6BF9s)
