Cuffdiff error (Read 9381 times)

Dear all,

I got this error when running RNA seq Tuxedo workflow.

Subtask {Cuffdiff tool} is failed: Cuffdiff tool exited with code 1

Does anybody know why is the cause?

Hello, mpa2!

Could you please try to reproduce the issue?

If the issue can be reproduced, it would be helpful if you could:
1) Check the Details log level in the UGENE Application Settings.
2) Copy UGENE log and send it yo us.
3) If it is possible, please also send us the input data.
