Problem: Find Restriction sites does not find all sites in circular DNA (Read 5481 times)

Hi,

the tool "Restriction sites..." does not find sites that overlaps the virtual gap in circular dna.

For example:

A Plasmid has 2000 bp and an XbaI site from 1996 to 1 - Ugene won't find it.

Is there any solution for that problem?

Sebastian,
currently there is no possible way to find sites with virtual gaps.

We are planning to fix this issue in next release (1.7.1)
