How to save amino translation for a DNA sequence into a separate file? (Read 9136 times)

Method 1

Step 1: Open file with DNA sequence in UGENE

Step 2: Select this file in "Project" window and use "Export->Export to Fasta" context menu

Step 3: In the dialog select "Translate to amino" button.

You can also specify

whether to translate direct, complement or both strands
whether to use only the first translation frame or all three frames
