How to save sequence regions under annotations into a separate file? (Read 6817 times)

Method 1


Step 1: Open file with a sequence and annotations

Step 2: Select the annotations you want to process. Use SHIFT key to select multiple annotations

Step 3: Use "Export->Export annotation selection to FASTA" or "Copy->Copy annotation sequence/translation" context menu items


Note that for annotations located on complement strand the reverse-complement sequence will be used.
