How to save complement DNA strand into a separate file? (Read 3811 times)

Method 1


Step 1: Open file with DNA sequence in UGENE

Step 2: Select this file in "Project" window and use "Export->Export to Fasta" context menu

Step 3: In the dialog select "Complement only" button and click "Export"
