I  try to use Ugene on my Ubuntu 20.04, but I cannot get any analysis for Sanger chromatograms, I get error messages whatever I try

1) from map to reference menu ERROR " Subtask {MakeBLASTDB tool} is failed: Can not run MakeBLASTDB tool."
2) from de novo assembly Menu ERROR 'CAP3 run and open result task' task failed: Subtask {CAP3SupportTask} is failed: Subtask {CAP3 tool} is failed: Can not run CAP3 tool.
