Add, view and edit automatic sequence annotations (Read 3637 times)

Hi,

I couldn't find this option in the plugins section. Currently I'm doing this by editing the UniproUGENE/data/cutom_annotations/plasmid_features.txt file but it's rather inconvenient. It would be great to have the feature and maybe pretty straightforward to actually implement.

Hello,
You're right, there is no way to setup auto-annotations but editing the file. We take note of your request, but I'm not sure that we will have time to realize it in the nearest future. But, in any case, thank you for suggesting.
