Hello Everyone
1st of all I would like to thank Ugene Pro team for their excellent efforts to combine multi-platforms in a single user friendly software. Recently I have constructed my Phylogenetic tree using MrBayes, I used GTR plus invagamma Model for my viral sequence analysis. I got a pretty fine tree. But I am unable to understand the values. In the interior node there are values and also along the branch length. I would like to ask which of these specify the posterior probability values. Plus I am not sure why my inter-node values begin with 0.2 (is it okay)?
Can anybody please comment on my tree, thanks.
In the end It was very nice experience to use Mr.Bayes in Ugene instead of learning all the codings.  Wink Smiley
