How to set properly Application resorces in ugene v 13,1 64-bit ?
Hi, I'm asking because when ugene is working with algorithm MUSCE analize my CPU i used only in 25% by ugene comand line.
Here are my specyfication and application resorces:
Processor
Intel(R)Core(TM)i5 CPU M 430 @ 2.27GHz(2C 4T 2.4GHz/25.3, 173GHz IMC 2x 256kB L2, 3MB L3)
RAM: 8GB
Memory HDD

The number of cores can be set in using graphical interface of UGENE in menu Settings->Preferences...

In the Resources tab one can set number of CPUs using option"Optimize for CPU count".

The defined number of CPUs will be used for the command line as well.
