Repeats finder annotations export (Read 4176 times)

Hi!

I've just exported a repeats finder annotation in .csv format. In the report there is no info about the position of the mate pattern.
The repeat distance is shown, but is impossible to retrieve if the mate repeat is at 3' or 5' compared to the entry repeat.

How can i export the coordinates of both repeats pairs?

Matteo, thank you for the question.

One repeat_unit goes to the .csv file in two lines. Try to export only one repeat_unit to the file to clearly see what I mean.
