Hi, I'm using UGENE 1.10.2 in Ubuntu, downloaded the UNIX packages due to unavailability of packages specifically for UGENE. And as I use it in Ubuntu, it crashes once almost every 5-10 mins, which is pretty problematic. Any idea what's happening?

What kind of crashes does UGENE have?
Are they the methodical crashes that you can reproduce several times? Or is it a weird unstable work of the system?

Yes, it crashes when I right click to edit elements with CMD line tools, deleting elements, click to pick up elements.

Thanks for your feedback. I can reproduce this bug too. I have created the corresponded issue in our tracker:
https://ugene.unipro.ru/tracker/browse/UGENE-842

It will be fixed asap and you could use it in UGENE 1.10.3 or the latest snapshot.

Kenneth,
do you know about any other UGENE crashes and how to reproduce them?
You could write about them here or directly to our bug tracker:

Hi there, I had noticed a bug in the latest snapshot launched on 20th Feb. When I made edition to my custom CMDline tools the changes are not applied directly, I had to exit UGENE, re-launch it again to see my changes made. Is it because its a snapshot that it contains such issue? Thanks!
