Hi, again!
I'm aware that you are probably hating me by now, but I have a new one (we discussed about this before).

When exporting "with annotations" and using the complementary strand option, the features resulting contain negative numbers for their locations. Then UGENE shows an error, but it is coming after trying to open that file (Error parsing locations).

The new location for a given feature should be:

New start = Molecule length - Old end + 1
New end = Molecule length - Old start +1

Hi Agu!

Did you use UGENE 1.9.0 or 1.9.1-snapshot?

Could you share the file with us used to export annotations?

UGENE 1.9.0 (in Ubuntu 10.10).

That happens with any file with annotations (gb or a fasta with a separate gb file with the annotations), when you try to export the reverse complementary strand. I'm attaching the file and some screen captures.

This is the error notification:
'Export sequence to document' task failed: Subtask {Load document: 'test_new_new.gb'} is failed: Error parsing location

UGENE 1.9.1 is released and now all  sequence export utilities works much better, correctly update annotation locations and process joins

Thank you for the bug reports!
