Hi,
I need to make a alignament of some sequences. But I don't know to insert the sequences to Ugene to work them. First I need to create a special file type and after insert it?
I had try with a normal fasta file wich have many sequences included, but no results... I think I'm doing some thing wrong...

Hi Bruno,
your question is a quite common issue, we will try to make alignment of multiple FASTA sequences more convenient in future versions.
For now, you have to do the following:

1) Open your FASTA file and export all needed sequences into alignment file - CLUSTAL (see export_to_ma.png).

2) Open exported .aln file and align it using MUSCLE (see align_exported.png)
