Method 1: merging sequence into a separate file

Step 1: Add all files with sequences you want to merge to a project.

Step 2: Select objects with sequences

Step 3: Use "Export->Export to FASTA" context menu

Step 4: Select "Merge" option, specify destination file name and press "Export" button

Method 2: merging sequence without creation of separate file

Step 1: use "Add->Existing document" project context menu

Step 2: enter file location

Step 3: click "Custom settings" button

Step 4: select "Merge sequences" option

All sequences found in the file will be merged. If the file contains annotations to sequences, annotation locations will also be adjusted.
