Step 1: Open file with DNA sequence in UGENE

Step 2: Select this file in "Project" window and use "Export->Export to Fasta" context menu

Step 3: In the dialog select "Translate to amino" button.


You can also specify

• whether to translate direct, complement or both strands
• whether to use only the first translation frame or all three frames
