I know that SPAdes tool requires some native linux header files for proper compilation but with the new Bash on Ubuntu on Windows feature it seems that SPAdes tool can be compiled and run under windows 10 with the anniversary update (I tried and it works!). Is it possible to implement an interface in UGENE that would run SPAdes compiled under Bash on Windows to make small scale De Novo assemblies less of a hassle?
