I have the data of an individual whose phenotype is novel.

I have asked a friend to do some additional analysis. They are in a Dropbox. See if you can detect any known or unusual variations/insertion/deletions. I think it will only take a couple of hours. They are snpeff,  vcf format, chimeric and fusion reports. Can I send anyone the Dropbox?
