Unfortunately, we do not have such plans in the neares future. I could give you a little trick - despite the fact that this format is binary, it has sequence representation as text inside. So, if you opened a file of this format in any text editor, you could copy a sequence, paste in into UGENE and UGENE opens it as a sequence. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to export sequence annotations, but you could process some analysis like restriction enzymes searching, primers picking, etc.
Also, I could tell you, that we can implement this format regognizing in UGENE in terms of commercial support. If you are interested, please, let us know and we send you details.
