There's a feature in Geneious that makes submission of data to GenBank effortless and easy to repeat once you do it for the first time.

It's easy to review, edit and extrapolate the information from one sequence to many sequences.

Is there a way to obtain a plugin with similar features?

I'm not quite sure what are you suggesting, but I have several ideas. So let me get this right, the features you supposed are:
  1. To make possible to edit several sequences at once when they are opened in the same "Sequence view" window;
  2. To make sequences closer to each other to make it easy to review.

That's all or you have ideas of some other features I didn't mention?

Best regards,

The feature I am suggesting is a SUBMIT tool to GenBank.
Somewhat similar to the plugin available for Geneious.

It's a Plugin that makes submitting sequences to GenBank easy, actually super easy.

So that was my question, is there a way to submit sequences to GenBank from UGene software?
