It would be great if UGENE could save the state of files. So that if a user closes and opens UGENE next day, the files looks same like before. Two examples to clear my point
1. Suppose I have opened a sequence windows and selected "wrap" mode, now I close and reopen it, the sequence window is gone and so is wrap mode.
2. Suppose I have done some setting to phylogenetic tree, added colors some branches and modified the font size. After this I close my work and start next day, all the settings should persists.

At this moment, UGENE doesn't saves the state of session and neither the files. Or I am mistaken? Anyways it would be nice to have UGENE continue from where it left last time.
