Hello, I have been running UGene Windows 7 version for sequence alignment (RNAseq) and it works fine but very slowly on a hexacore PC.  I have installed a Tesla c2075 and trying to use the GPU-enabled "align short reads" function.  I have upgraded to UGene v1.11.0, and in the preferences have selected the Tesla in the OpenCL and CUDA tabs.

However, when I try to run an alignment I get the error
[ERROR][16:21] OPENCL: clWaitForEvents 1; Error code (-5)
[ERROR][16:21] Task {DnaAssemblyMultiTask} finished with error: Subtask {DnaAssemblyToRefTask} is failed: Subtask {GenomeAlignerFindTask} is failed: OpenCL binary find error

What can I do to fix this?

Thanks,
mikki

Update: I have heard from the developers that this is a bug and they will fix it.
