I'm not sure UGENE can do this but I want to select a sequence from end to start in sequence view. I can select it with Circular view but it is really difficult to select correct sequence with Circular view.

Btw I think UGENE should have starting point (or whatever) for sequence view which user can set manually. Because actually circular sequence doesn't have any starting point (the sequence can be start from anywhere) and if UGENE can do this, my problem will be solved as well.

Thanks.

To select whole sequence press Ctrl + A
or
use right mouse button to execute context menu in the Sequence View, use item Select Sequence Region

I've created an issue about the start point for a circular sequence: https://ugene.unipro.ru/tracker/browse/UGENE-777
However, it is assigned for "some future release" for now.

Λlisue, what do you mean by "select a sequence from END TO START"? Would selecting a region solve your task?
