In UGENE I can reroot a tree by a clade. To do this, I click on an internal node and then click "reroot tree". But I cannot figure out how to reroot a tree by a single leaf (i.e. using only a single species as an outgroup). Somebody, please, help.

Unfortunately, it is not possible in the current version of the UGENE Phylogenetic Tree View. We'll add support of this feature in future.
