Hello.
First I want to say, that you guys do a great job. I am a user of the DNA* SeqBuilder software. Not very happy with that tool, because some essential features are missing. UGENE is much better, has more functions and can be extended through plugins.
A single thing is better implemented by SeqBuilder and could maybe also included into UGENE. When a sequence is shown in the 'Sequence View', UGENE only shows one line. SeqBuilder can show several lines of the sequence. This extremely increases the overview.
Many annotations/primer/whatever makes it really hard to stay on top of things.

We agree that it is very useful feature, we have it in our plans. The sad fact is I cannot promise that it will be implemented in the nearest releases since we have some features with higher priority.
