Dear All,

I have a problem in exporting reads. I am working with sam files containing >3000 reads each. If I load a file.sam and then I tried to export the reads as sequences in a single fasta, UGENE allows me to export only the visible reads (visible in the work space). But I need to save the whole set of reads contained in the file. Is there a way to do this?
