Workflow for to call LOH (Read 1911 times)

Hi is there any workflow to call variants and loss of heterozygosity (LOH) in paired tumor/normal samples in UGENE? Like what VarScan does?

Hello,
There are two workflows in Workflow Designer for variant calling (Click "Run or Create Workflow" -> "Samples" tab on the left part -> text "call" to the "Filter" field), but there are no workflows for LOH, unfortunately.
