Different alphabets (Read 3663 times)

I am trying to load a fasta file with several sequences and I get an error message: "sequences have different alphabets". I checked in the file that all were nucleotide sequences and I could not see any error.

Hello, Alicia. Could you share a file you try to load? We will look at it and check whether there is a error in UGENE or not.
