at first I want tot thank you for this great program which is very useful for me.

I think I have found one bug concerning the Primer3 feature. When you select the option for the generation of primers for just one direction 5' or 3' you seem never to get a result. You only get a report like in the attachment but no primer is generated.

Althoug normally you have to design two primers, for applications like 3' or 5' RACE you only have to create 1 primer. The original Internet based Primer3 is able to do this.

I would be very glad if UGENE would also be able to do so.
