Hi!

I manage to construct and run BLAST+ in workflow designer.

However I found that the output currently produces genbank, CSV and GFF3.

I notice also that the parameter of BLAST/+ is limited to a selected few. Question is how can I add to expose more parameters?

I need especially the output format in m8 or m0 as I have ready parsers for it to filter the alignments based on a defined criteria.

To be added in the next UGENE release (June/July). Please check the issue (https://ugene.unipro.ru/tracker/browse/UGENE-311) and use dev-snapshot to test as soon as the issue is resolved.
