digest into fragments in 1.11.1 works wrong for blunt end enzymes (Read 5735 times)

Hello,
When I do "digestion into fragments" of a plasmid with blunt end restriction enzymes, like EcoRV or SmaI, the fragments created have wrong properties. (and therefore the cloning process afterwards doesn't work). In the annotation manager, the 3'type and 5'type are "sticky" instead of "blunt" and 3'strand and 5'strand are both "rev-compI".

I hope this can be fixed. The cloning with sticky-end enzymes works great, thanks a lot for the program!
