Great program! I've gotten a lot of work done with your program guys, thanks a lot!

I would be very nice to be able to edit annotations. As a first step just being able to change the name of an annotation would be useful, but I would also really appreciate a "notes" or "comments" field in annotations, ability to change colors, and a longer name field.

This functionality is already implemented in v1.4.1
I've added new 'How-to' items on annotation editing to this page http://ugene.unipro.ru/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1236798102
