problem to open clustal result file (Read 8454 times)

Hello
I try to open a clustal result file generate from the ensembl website and the ugene can't do this and give me this error message
[14:36][ERROR] Error: Sequence names are not matched
[14:36][ERROR] Task {Open project/document} finished with error: Subtask {Load document: '34.aln'} is failed: Sequence names are not matched
I need your help or an idee
