Fist of all, thank you very much for all the development and effort involved! I have been working with this software and I am very happy with it. I had been looking for quite a while for a free alternative to others like DNAstar or Geneious.

I think that it would be very useful to be able to have an option to display a chromatogram under each sequence aligned. That would make easier to check for discrepancies and edit the sequences accordingly. Both software packages I have cited can do it, as an example.
