UGENE 1.24 has been released!

Major changes in this release include:

Workflow Designer:
New element: "Convert SnpEff Variations to Annotations". Element converts variations with SnpEff information into standard annotations, so you can observe them in the Sequence View.

NGS workflows improvements.
