Hi Guys!
I have an NVIDIA Tesla server running Linux. What version of CUDA do I need to install to use GPU capabilities of UGENE 1.6.0?

Hi,
We build and test UGENE using CUDA 2.1
Note, that you have to build UGENE from source in order to enable GPU support in UGENE on linux - see buid.txt in the root of UGENE source tarball.
