How can I see the annotation result in circular plasmid? (Read 2651 times)

Hi there,
For drawing plasmid map, I have to create annotations after load the sequence. However, I just could get a circle with the name and the size (see attached figure). How can I get the circular plasmid map with the annotations what I input.
Reply would be appreciated.

Sorry to inform you, but this is the known bug in the current UGENE version. The annotations should be shown in the circular view in any case, but they are not. You may temporary resolve it by checking sequence as "circular". TO do it, click the right button on the sequence object in the project view and check the "Mark as circular" checkbox (see the attached picture).
Also, I want to say, that this bug will be fixed in the further version.
