My feature request is for wrapping of paired or even multiple sequence alignments. This is needed for making alignment graphics for publications and presentations.

I have requested this previously, but it has been some time ago, and so I thought it might be helpful to make a more recent request.

Many other bioinformatics programs, both free (at least free to academics) and commercial, support wrapping of sequence alignments. These include UCSF Chimera, CLC Genomics Workbench (free in viewer mode), DNAstar Lasergene, and Geneious.

UGENE is a great program, but it would be much more useful to me if it included wrapping of sequence alignments.
