Hi there, just wanted to make a small UI suggestion - this is something that has bothered me for a while and finally decided to comment about it.  I find the [unloaded] text that is added in front of all of the files in the project pane to be very distracting and not really necessary.  When trying to find the file you want to load, you have to mentally subtract this [unloaded] text, making it much more difficult to find.  Why not just indicate it with the font, for instance, have the unloaded files in a light grey, or italics or something, and the loaded files black or bold?  While I'm on the subject, it would also be really handy to sort the files in that pane, or manually rearrange them to put the ones you are using alot at the top.  I think these small changes would really help the usability.
