Translations for nucleotide alignments (Read 3694 times)

Translations are available in the sequence view, but not in the alignment view. This feature would be highly valuable for translation alignments.

Thanks for the request!

We plan to support this feature in future, at least in the upcoming view for Sanger reads alignments. However, it will be not the nearest future.

Meanwhile, you may export your nucleotide sequence alignments to the corresponding amino acid sequences alignment, see this page.
