I've just updates to 1.26 and immediately faced an issue opening existing projects. UGENE opens them without complaining, but the list of objects is completely clear - no files, no images, nothing. No alignments, sequences either.
I reproduced it on two systems - Win 7 64bit (full .exe installer) and Xubuntu 14.04 64bit (iefremov ppa), both using 64bit full versions of UGENE 1.26. The projects were created on the same machines but in earlier versions of UGENE.
Under Win7 I removed 1.26 and reinstalled 1.25 (64bit full version too) and everything works fine - old projects show all files used in them.
I am not sure if it is something about 64bit version or I just missed some new interface features?
