MSA alignment fixpoints (Read 3810 times)

I am new to Ugene. Is there MSA alignment fixpoint ability to lock a portion of the alignment and then realign? You've done a great job and would be nice to have a few more MSA options like this.

Andre, thanks for your feedback!

I've creates an issue in our tracker regarding the locking. Although there is no such feature in the current UGENE version, you might find useful another feature - addition of a sequence to already existent multiple alignment. The "old" sequences alignment is not modified in this case.
