Search protein for motifs (EMBOSS fuzzpro) (Read 9718 times)

Hello, I'd like to be able to look for given motifs in my protein sequence.
There is already a software which does that so you don't need to code it from scratch. It is EMBOSS fuzzpro and I think you can easily integrate it in UGENE.
I hope you will listen to my suggestion.
