ugeneui is always running in background - eating resources (Read 4707 times)

Hi,

I have noticed that 'ugeneui' process is continuosly ruuning in the background even when ugene is not running. Its running as background process and almost eating up a single core of processor. Please see attached snap for more information.

OS: Ubuntu 12.04 (x64)
Ugene: v. 1.11

Hi,

I am updating the post that this issue happens only when ugene crashes (fades out) and is force quit. I faced the same issue on my other computer as well.

Dear user,
We have just released UGENE 1.11.4. A lot of bugs and crashes have been fixed (and maybe your problems too). Could you try it, please?
